//Yesterday 3A had SO much fun preparing this plot near the red play structure. A HUGE thank you to Moreh Liad for organizing the space and materials!! It was such a great experience. We linked it to math (fractions), science of course (soil and plants) and may write a reflection about it as well. Students even asked if anything we are going to plant was historically used/eaten by Indigenous Peoples. This activity sparked up a great conversation about the different uses of plants. It was quite the multi-disciplinary lesson!!
On Monday, 3B will have their turn to plant ~ stay tuned!!
